Day 29 30, 31, - Tredegar House, back to Taunton & Heathrow

The rain returned and so Jen & Pete suggested we went to Tredegar House (Tr-dee-ger) which is in Newport. Tredegar House is one of the UK's outstanding houses of the 1660s. We loved it. It is set in a magnificent grounds and was the home of the Morgans from c1402 to 1951! Click this link for more info, Tredegar House.

Back to reality, the scullery
The hebacious border was in full bloom

We went back to Jen & Pete's for lunch and then headed back to Taunton for the last time. Our holiday is nearly over.

On our return to Taunton it was washing and packing and ....

... our last morning tea in England, ...

... last minute shopping, ...
...and out for meal with Lesley's in-laws.
Then it was off to Heathrow to catch the flight to Singapore.

On the Underground to Heathrow

Made it!

So we still have Singapore to add to the blog but that might have to wait until we get home. Keep an eye on us because we've decided to blog some bloopers at the end.
